My primary role involves collaborating with stakeholders to grasp the business objectives, empathizing with users' challenges, analyzing metrics, and improving the current Cloud Deployment process, which encompasses various technical workflows such as the CICD Pipeline.

My favorite part about being a product designer is being able to work on complex problems and trying to simplify these problems into solutions that work for people. Since 2006, I've engaged in digital product design and development. I spend most of my days in strategic meetings and communication, either with users or internal teams such as stakeholders, product managers, and developers to solve problems and design experiences that make people's lives simpler.
